The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and media partners such as cinemas, TV broadcasters, or sports clubs. OE Agentur accepts no liability for technical issues or failures caused by these third-party providers. The client is required to provide all required advertising materials such as videos or graphics no later than 10 days before the planned campaign start. If delivery is not made on time, the campaign will not be broadcast. Invoices are due within 14 days. Costs for production as well as third-party services from broadcasters or clubs must be paid in full in advance. The client guarantees that they hold all rights to the submitted content. Withdrawal from the contract after signing is only possible upon payment of a cancellation fee.
